Small goals are goals nonetheless! In many ways, the feeling of being successful is all about being able to set reasonable and attainable goals. I see this in my to do list also — as soon as I started limiting the number of things that I set out to do in a day, I found myself feeling more productive and energized because I could actually get the end of my list. A training plan gives us so many opportunities to accomplish our goals. One foot in front of the other!
