Thanks for this! I really relate to your comment about liking the idea of meditation more than the practice. I know it will be healthy and useful for me to manage stress and anxiety, but I have been resistant for many years — starting programs but never really able to stick to then. I just gave step 1 of 1 giant mind a try and I like their format so far. I’m going to run with it and see where it takes me!
